01 · BOM Quick Check

See the risks before
they reach the line.

Every quote starts with an engineer reading your BOM, not an algorithm guessing at it. Try the first pass right here — the same completeness check we run before anything goes near a production line.

What this first pass checks

The four structural issues that most often delay a quote.

  • MPN Rows missing a manufacturer part number
  • MFR Rows missing the manufacturer or brand
  • QTY Rows with a missing or zero quantity
  • REF Reference designators used more than once
Lifecycle, EOL and counterfeit risk can't be checked honestly inside a browser — our engineers verify those against live distributor data while your quote is prepared.
02 · Process transparency

Five gates. One accountable build.

Production lines from our verified manufacturing partners. Every build passes the same five gates — and you get documentation at each one.

04 · Fit

Built for some teams.
Wrong for others.

We'd rather turn away the wrong project than disappoint the right one.

A good fit

  • IoT & connected devices
  • Industrial controls & automation
  • Instrumentation & test equipment
  • Commercial & smart hardware
  • 20–500 pcs — prototypes welcome
  • Turnkey or partial turnkey

Not the right shop

  • Medical, automotive, aerospace or defense
  • Export-controlled programs
  • High-voltage safety-critical products
  • Designs we haven't validated: HDI, rigid-flex, RF
  • "Lowest price wins" sourcing exercises

On the boundary? Send the files. A straight "no" within a day beats a slow "maybe".

05 · No silent substitutions

Approve every change.

Parts go EOL mid-quote. Reels run dry mid-build. It happens on every project — what matters is what happens next. This is our standard workflow. Try it:

1
Flag raised

A shortage or lifecycle risk is caught during BOM review or procurement, with the source documented.

2
Alternate proposed

You get a written proposal: original vs. proposed part, datasheet differences, price and lead-time impact.

3
Your call, on record

Approve or reject in writing. The decision is attached to your order file. Nothing ships swapped without it.

06 · How your quote gets built

Software for speed.
Engineers for judgment.

This is the workflow behind the 24–48h promise. No black box, no fully-automatic pricing — here's exactly what happens to your files.

STEP 01 · PARSE

Files parsed in minutes

Your Gerber, BOM and CPL are parsed and cross-checked by our internal tooling. Missing MPNs, quantity mismatches and duplicate designators surface immediately — the same first pass you can try in the BOM check above.

STEP 02 · REVIEW

Engineer reads what software can't

An engineer reviews everything the tools flag — and everything they can't judge: lifecycle and EOL risk, authorized-channel availability, DFM issues, and your test requirements.

STEP 03 · SIGN-OFF

Priced only after a second check

Nothing is quoted until a second review confirms sourcing and numbers. The quote you receive is one a named engineer is prepared to stand behind.

We use software to remove waiting, not judgment. Every quote — and every component substitution — is approved by an engineer before it reaches you.

07 · Proof travels with the order

Evidence your team can review.

Every order ships with documentation you can forward to your own team without editing a word.

08 · FAQ

Asked before the first PO.

What files do you need to quote a build?

Gerber or ODB++ for the bare board, a BOM with manufacturer part numbers, and a pick-and-place (CPL) file for assembly. Plus the basics: quantity, target date and any test requirements. If something's missing, send what you have — the BOM check above shows what slows quotes down, and an engineer will tell you exactly what's still needed.

Is the 24–48 hour quote real?

For standard builds (2–8 layer FR-4, SMT or mixed assembly) yes — an engineer-reviewed quote within 24–48 hours of complete files. Complex builds get a straight answer on timing inside the same window, not silence. Every quote is reviewed by an engineer before it's sent; that's the whole point.

Who buys the components?

Your choice. Full turnkey — we source everything from authorized channels with traceable MPNs. Partial turnkey — you supply some parts, we source the rest. Consigned — you supply everything. Whichever model, no alternate part is ever purchased without your written approval.

How do you handle our files and IP?

NDAs on request — check the box in the RFQ form and one goes out before you upload anything. Customer files are never used to train models, never shared beyond the engineers and partner line building your boards, and are deleted on request. Details are in the privacy policy.

What quantities do you build?

Typically 20–500 pieces, and prototypes below that are welcome. Above 500, send the files anyway — if your build sits outside what we run well, we'll say so plainly rather than learn on your order.

What quality standard do you build to?

IPC-A-610 Class 2 acceptance as standard. First-article inspection on every new design, AOI on every build, and X-ray verification for BGA and QFN joints on request — with the records shipped alongside your boards.

What are the payment terms?

First prototype orders: 100% upfront. Production runs: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. The exact terms are stated on your quote — no surprises after the fact.

09 · Request a quote
