Privacy Policy
Corevia Circuits ("we") is a managed PCBA manufacturing coordination service based in Shenzhen, China. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to have it deleted. The short version: your files are used to quote and build your boards, and nothing else.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us in the RFQ form: name, work email, company, country.
- Project information: quantity, layer count, assembly and sourcing preferences, target dates, and your notes.
- Production files you upload or email: Gerber / ODB++, BOM, pick-and-place (CPL), and related documentation.
- Usage data: if we enable website analytics, it covers page visits and form interactions only — never the content of your files. This page will be updated before any analytics tool goes live.
The BOM quick-check tool on the homepage parses files entirely inside your browser. Files processed there are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted.
How we use it
- Preparing your quotation and DFM feedback.
- Coordinating manufacturing, inspection and shipment of your order.
- Communicating with you about your RFQ or order.
What we never do
- We never use customer files, designs or data to train AI/ML models.
- We never sell or rent your contact information or files.
- We never share your design files with anyone other than the engineers and the partner production line working on your build, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention and deletion
RFQ briefs and files are kept only as long as needed to quote, build and support your order, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your files and correspondence at any time by emailing rfq@coreviacircuits.com — we confirm deletion in writing.

Happy to sign your NDA or ours before you send production files. Request one at rfq@coreviacircuits.com.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions may be processed by a form backend provider. In both cases data is transmitted over HTTPS. Manufacturing is performed by partner facilities under confidentiality agreements.
International transfers
We are based in China; your information will be processed there and where our service providers operate. By submitting an RFQ you consent to this transfer.
