Terms of Service
These terms govern requests for quotation ("RFQ"), quotations and manufacturing coordination services provided by Corevia Circuits ("we", "us"). Submitting an RFQ creates no obligation on either side; a binding order forms only when you accept a written quotation and we confirm it.
1. The service
We coordinate turnkey or partial-turnkey printed circuit board assembly (PCBA): engineering review of your design files, component sourcing, manufacturing through partner facilities, inspection and shipment. Manufacturing is performed by vetted partner production lines; we remain your single accountable point of contact from BOM review to shipment.
2. Quotations
Quotations are prepared by an engineer on the basis of the files and information you provide. They are valid for the period stated on the quote. Component pricing and availability can change; if either moves materially before you accept, we will re-issue the quote rather than silently change it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate design files (Gerber / ODB++, BOM, CPL) and requirements.
- Review and respond to DFM feedback and substitution requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the right to manufacture the designs you send us, and that your products are not export-controlled, or that you have disclosed any applicable controls.
4. Component substitutions
No component is substituted without your explicit written approval. Every substitution request documents the original part, the proposed alternate, datasheet differences, and price and schedule impact. Your decision is recorded against the order.
5. Quality and acceptance
Assemblies are built and inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2 unless otherwise agreed in writing. First-article inspection applies to every new design; AOI records and, on request, X-ray records ship with your order. Defects attributable to manufacturing are reworked, replaced or refunded at our cost; defects attributable to design files supplied by you are quoted for rework separately and agreed before work proceeds.
6. Payment
Unless your quote states otherwise: first prototype orders are payable 100% in advance; production runs are payable 30% on order confirmation and 70% before shipment.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in your designs, files and products. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what is needed to manufacture your order. Your files are never used to train machine-learning models.
8. Confidentiality
Your files and project information are confidential whether or not an NDA is in place. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you upload production files — request one via rfq@coreviacircuits.com.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for defects arising from customer-supplied design files or customer-supplied components.
